　　Filming has started on BBC Two’s critically acclaimed drama The Last Kingdom, from Carnival Films. The second series, adapted by BAFTA-nominated and RTS award-winning writer Stephen Butchard from Bernard Cornwell’s bestselling series of novels, is to return to BBC Two next year, with Netflix joining as a co-production partner.

　　Set in the year 878, the second series returns as fearless and instinctive warrior Uhtred continues his fight for his native land of Northumbria. Uhtred, having given his sword to King Alfred, despite his upbringing by the invading pagan Danes, embarks on his voyage north to reclaim his own fate: to avenge Earl Ragnar’s death and recapture his ancestral lands of Bebbanburg.
　　Alfred’s conviction to create a united England is stronger than ever, and he sets his sights on the wild lands of the north, which have fallen into chaos and rebellion. 　　Blumhouse制片公司过去宣布把电影《人类清除计划 The Purge》开发成一部电视剧集，《人类清除计划》电影系列首部作在2013年上映，后来出了兩部票房十分成功的续集（第四集《人类清除计划4 The First Purge》已定于本年上映），而剧集版由Blumh ouse电视部门拍摄，定于美国时间9月4日在USA及Syfy同时播出（两台皆在NBC旗下）。
　　《人类清除计划》剧集版会描述美国那无政府12小时清洗日的新篇章。在电影中，人类清除计划是一年一度的无政府节日，在晚上7点到第二天7点期间批准进行犯罪活动（杀人抢劫等），而且医院、警察﹑消防服务皆会停止，在这12小时内所有人（除了部份重要人物仍受保护）得靠自己来活下去……或者选择大开杀戒。

　　新一季中，Chandler团队终于走出了白教堂范围。
　　首次命案发生在白教堂附近隧道的凶杀案，尸体呈捆绑状态，中毒且形容可怖，给伦敦东区恐怖传说又增新料。残酷的罪行使得人们惶恐不安，这次又要靠Jones（鲁伯特·彭利·琼斯 Rupert Penry-Jones 饰）带领以警探Miles（菲尔·戴维斯 Philip Davis 饰）为首的chandler团队找出罪案的历史渊源，从凌乱的线索中找出真相。即使案件研究学者Edward（史蒂夫·佩姆伯顿 Steve Pemberton 饰）从300年的伦敦东区黑暗故事中淘出有用的线索，他们又能否用过去的噩梦来解决现在的罪案？在白教堂血案中，历史不是墙上的钉子，它可能是致命的……

　　《#生死狙击# Shooter》主演Ryan Phillippe在社交媒体宣布自己康复后不久，USA立即宣布续订剧集第三季，新闻指第三季会是13集。
　　在年中，Ryan Phillippe因为遇上车祸而断脚，当时剧组只拍到第九集的一半，在没有主演下无法继续拍摄，因此宣布删减两集，令第二季仅8集；报导指第三季会解决上季的事件，然后开启新故事。

　　来自《诉讼双雄》（Suits）的Patrick J. Adams将主演国家地理频道的新剧《太空先锋》（The Right Stuff），饰演第一个进入地球轨道的美国宇航员约翰·格伦。1983年曾出过同名电影版，描绘了美国太空计划的诞生过程以及第一批航天员诞生的历史故事。
　　该剧是由小李子的制片公司亚壁古道公司（Appian Way）出品的，李奥纳多·迪卡普里奥本人也将担任总制片人之一，预计2020年播出。

Jackson "Jax" Teller is one member of the brotherhood, who finds his own loyalty to the group tested when he experiences its increasing lawlessness and notoriety, while at the same time adjusting to life as a father. But confusing matters are Jax's mother and stepfather, two ruthless individuals who happen to be the masterminds behind the club.
　　Sons of Anarchy is broadcast on FX, and produced by FX Productions, Art Linson Productions and Fox 21. The series has been picked up for a full 13-episode first season.
