　　本纪录片回溯90年代为饶舌音乐奠定坚固基石的广播节目，Stretch and Bobbito他们独具慧眼的採访了Jay-Z、Nas、the Notorious B.I.G.等当年尚未发迹的音乐人，催生了纽约东岸饶舌音乐，改变流行世界版图。
　　Stretch and Bobbito的影响无远弗届，创造一股难以撼动的风潮，不仅是推动嬉哈文化的重要媒体，也为众多日后的嬉哈大腕的成名平台。本片以难得一见的历史画面佐以Jay-Z、Eminem、Nas、Busta Rhymes、Fat Joel最新访谈而成，当然两位备受推崇的重要舵手也在电影中现身说法，娓娓道来百花齐放的嬉哈年代。
